Dr. Justin Mandel, DOM, is the Founder and CEO of EXOPYR, LLC, and creator of the Extinguish Inflammation™ protocol, a breakthrough concierge health framework redefining how inflammation is treated across the body’s four biological layers.

Before developing EXOPYR’s pioneering inflammation system, Dr. Mandel spent more than 23 years in clinical practice, beginning his first internship in 1997 and personally performing over 70,000 treatments. Based on extensive research into his own systemic inflammation, he uncovered what most medical models overlook: inflammation operates on multiple levels – systemic, genetic, cellular, and repair – and no single intervention can extinguish it alone.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Mandel served as Chief Operating Officer and cofounder of Global Medical Innovations, LLC, a surgical medical device company established with a Harvard-trained physician. During his near-decade tenure, he helped lead the development, medical device design, and commercialization of innovations in post-surgical care. Almost two decades ago, my one-of-a-kind research on Overactive Bladder diagnosis and treatment led to findings Harvard researchers described as “intriguing.” That experience taught me something fundamental, that even the most localized dysfunctions are rarely local at all. Instead, they’re systemic reflections of the body’s deeper imbalances.
